TXB Series Cam-type Rubber Lobe Pump for Petroleum Chemical Marine Oil Sludge

The TXB series cam-type rubber lobe pump (rotary lobe pump) is a reversible self-priming positive displacement pump designed for oil sludge, heavy oil, crude oil, gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and gas-liquid-solid three-phase crude oil. It is widely used for oil tank cleaning, crude oil and fuel oil conveying, and oil loading and unloading operations.

Two synchronized cam-shaped rotors with rubber (elastomer) lobes rotate in opposite directions inside the pump casing. As the rotors rotate, the sealed chamber between the lobes and the casing periodically changes in volume, drawing the medium in on the inlet side and discharging it on the outlet side. The flexible rubber lobes provide strong self-priming and enable the pump to convey gas-liquid-solid three-phase crude oil and easily vaporized oil media. With a frequency converter, it delivers high-precision metering and supports reversible bidirectional operation for loading and unloading.
