The 2CY high-pressure gear oil pump is a high-pressure external-meshing positive displacement gear pump driven by a pair of high-precision herringbone/spiral heat-treated gears. As the gears rotate, the suction chamber volume increases to draw in liquid, the gear teeth carry the medium to the discharge chamber, and the meshing gears squeeze the medium for high-pressure output. The rated pressure reaches up to 2.5 MPa, making it ideal for oil pressurizing, loading, unloading and lubrication supply.

Q: Can 2CY transport gasoline or benzene (low flash point, high volatility media)?
A: The standard configuration cannot. For low flash point media, a copper gear explosion-proof configuration plus an explosion-proof motor must be used.
Q: How to choose between KCB and 2CY?
A: If the output pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, choose the 2CY high-pressure gear pump. For medium/low pressure general oil transfer, prefer the KCB with built-in safety valve.
Q: Why does the flow decrease after a period of use?
A: Gear and bushing wear increases the end-face clearance, causing internal backflow under high pressure. Install a filter on the inlet to reduce impurities entering the pump chamber.
Q: Can the 2CY pump run in reverse?
A: The standard model has fixed inlet/outlet and does not support reverse running; reverse running requires a custom structure.
Q: Can it be used above 80°C?
A: The standard model is limited to 80°C; high-temperature conditions require high-temperature resistant materials and seals.
