Product Introduction

The LLWZ Series Pre-Thickening Screen Scroll Discharge Centrifuge creatively combines the advantages of a horizontal screw decanter centrifuge and a screen scroll discharge centrifuge. It is a continuous, dual-cone structured, concentrating filtration centrifuge featuring large processing capacity, low energy consumption, stable performance and excellent separation efficiency.

This equipment can continuously feed, pre-thicken, wash, dewater and discharge the suspension while running at full speed, which greatly facilitates automated operation. It is recognized as separation equipment with superior structure, advanced technology, high efficiency and low consumption in the field of solid-liquid separation machinery.

This model is specially recommended for chemical and pharmaceutical crystalline separation where the mother liquor has low solid content or contains oily, colloidal or organic matter. Working Principle

The machine adopts a unique dual-cone structure integrating a settling section and a filtering section. The suspension first enters the settling drum, where the pre-thickening process takes place under centrifugal force; the concentrated slurry then moves to the screen scroll discharge section, where mother liquor is filtered out through the screen while the solid cake is continuously conveyed and discharged by the scroll.

Because feeding, concentration, washing, dewatering and discharge are all completed at full speed in one continuous process, the machine achieves high throughput with low energy consumption and stable separation results.
