IL1550 Continuous Sugar Centrifuge, 1700rpm,2550G, 24‑30t/h for Sugar Mill Massecuite Separation

IL1550 is the flagship large-capacity model of the IL series continuous syrup separation centrifuge. With a 1550 mm basket big end diameter, 0-1700 r/min adjustable rotation speed and up to 2550 G-force, it delivers 24-30 t/h capacity for B massecuite. The machine performs continuous feeding, syrup separation, sugar washing and discharging at full speed with stable running, extremely low crystal breakage and high refined sugar purity. It is the core high-efficiency equipment for medium and large sugar mills, refined sugar refineries and capacity expansion projects.

The machine adopts a vertical conical perforated basket filtration centrifuge principle. Massecuite is evenly fed into the high-speed rotating conical basket through the feeding system. Under constant centrifugal force, molasses rapidly passes through the wedge wire screen and is discharged, while sucrose crystals are retained by the screen. Thanks to the axial force component generated by the angular gradient of the conical basket, sucrose crystals slide upward smoothly along the inner wall of the basket and are discharged continuously while the machine runs at full speed. No shutdown and no mechanical discharging structure are required. Feeding, separation, water washing and discharging are carried out simultaneously and continuously, with evenly distributed material, effectively protecting crystal integrity and separation accuracy.

Widely used in small and medium cane sugar mills, beet sugar factories and refined sugar refineries. It is mainly applied to solid-liquid separation of high-purity massecuite such as B and C massecuite, focusing on refined white sugar and quality raw sugar production. It is the core equipment for small and medium capacity sugar production lines, energy-saving retrofit and quality upgrading of sugar mills.
