TXB Series Cam-type Rubber Lobe Pump for Wastewater Sludge Environmental Treatment

The TXB series cam-type rubber lobe pump (rotary lobe pump) is a self-priming positive displacement pump designed for conveying gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixed media and unstable, easily vaporized media. With strong self-priming capability, it is widely used in municipal sewage, sludge, chemical dosing, suspended solids, manure, fertilizer solution and oil spill collection.

Two synchronized cam-shaped rotors with rubber (elastomer) lobes rotate in opposite directions inside the pump casing. As the rotors rotate, the sealed chamber between the lobes and the casing periodically changes in volume, drawing the medium in on the inlet side and discharging it on the outlet side. The flexible rubber lobes provide excellent self-priming performance and allow the pump to convey gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixtures and media that are unstable or easily vaporized. Equipped with a frequency converter, the pump delivers precise metering and supports reversible (bidirectional) operation.
