High-efficiency Three-phase Decanter Centrifuge for Palm Oil Production

Our centrifuges are designed to clarify, dehydrate, and classify suspensions containing solid-phase particles ranging from 0.002-3 mm with thickness between 0.5-40%. Available in LW-counter-current and parallel-current configurations, our product line includes LW two-phase separators and LWS three-phase separators to handle various feed materials under different process conditions. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, and environmental protection applications.

A decanter centrifuge operates as a horizontal screw discharge, continuously operating sedimentation device. The material (crude palm oil) enters the centrifuge through the central feed pipe. Driven by centrifugal force and material pressure, it passes through the distributor assigned to the drum. The dense solid phase deposits on the drum wall, is conveyed to the cone of the drum body by the screw conveyor, and then descends from the discharge port into the solid collector tank. Meanwhile, the relatively lighter liquid phase (processed palm oil) does not move with the screw due to its fluidity, but overflows through the outlet into the liquid collector tank.
