The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a continuously operating filtering centrifuge featuring automatic operation, continuous discharging, high capacity, low power consumption, no peak load, fast drying, small grain pieces, stable operation, and minimal vibration intensity.

This machine is widely used for processing hundreds of materials including: salt treatment of wastewater (MVR), edible salt, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue gas desulfurization), urotropin, ox bone particles (gelatin), sodium sulfate, chlor-alkali industry, nitrocellulose, cotton seeds, glyphosate, and more.

Process Capabilities

The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is designed to separate slurry containing medium-size crystals or fiber particles, with average solid phase grading ≥0.1mm and solid content (volume ratio) of 30-70%. With modified feeding and distribution configurations, this machine can also effectively dry non-diffusible solid-phase materials, offering excellent washing performance and large processing capacity.
