IL1000-N is a vertical conical basket continuous syrup separation centrifuge specially designed for the sugar industry. With a 1000 mm basket big end diameter, 1800 r/min rotation speed and 1813 G-force, it delivers 5-10 t/h capacity for B massecuite. The machine features continuous feeding, syrup separation, sugar washing and discharging with stable running, low crystal breakage and high sugar purity. Its compact structure, low failure rate and easy maintenance make it an ideal choice for small and medium sugar mills and retrofit of old sugar factories.
Working Principle
The machine adopts a vertical conical perforated basket filtration centrifuge principle. Massecuite is evenly fed into the high-speed rotating conical basket through the feeding system. Under constant centrifugal force, molasses rapidly passes through the wedge wire screen and is discharged, while sucrose crystals are retained by the screen. Thanks to the axial force component generated by the angular gradient of the conical basket, sucrose crystals slide upward smoothly along the inner wall of the basket and are discharged continuously while the machine runs at full speed. No shutdown and no mechanical discharging structure are required. Feeding, separation, water washing and discharging are carried out simultaneously and continuously, with evenly distributed material, effectively protecting crystal integrity and separation accuracy.
