This series of vacuum mixer dryers is designed, manufactured and inspected strictly in accordance with pressure vessel standards. In addition to standard equipment, we accept custom orders for non-standard pressure vessels and chemical equipment.

The product range covers storage and separation equipment, reaction equipment, heat exchange equipment and tower equipment, including storage tanks, pressure tanks, reactors, fermenters, multi-structure heat exchangers, packed towers and sieve tray towers.

Material, volume, pressure rating, heat exchange structure and nozzle configuration can all be customized according to the customer's process conditions, widely serving chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-fermentation, new material and oil & fat industries for reaction, heat exchange, storage and distillation processes, with one-stop design, production and factory inspection services.

Working Principle
  • Storage and separation equipment: acts as a pressure vessel for sealed storage, buffering and gas-liquid separation, with internal components for degassing and buffer separation.
  • Reaction equipment: sealed pressure vessel with an agitation drive, combined with jacket, internal coil, half-pipe coil or electric heating structures to control temperature and pressure for mixing, synthesis, fermentation and polymerization reactions.
  • Heat exchange equipment: shell-and-tube structure transfers heat indirectly between two media for heating, cooling and condensation; fixed tube sheet, U-tube and floating head types adapt to different pressure and temperature differences.
  • Tower equipment: packing or trays act as contact elements for counter-current gas-liquid contact to complete distillation, absorption, extraction and separation purification processes.
