The DHKY470 is a self-cleaning disc stack centrifuge engineered for waste engine oil purification. It removes water, sludge, carbon fines, and metal particles from used lubricating oil through high-G three-phase centrifugal separation. The DHKY470 uses high-speed centrifugal force generated by a rotating bowl stack of conical discs. Feed oil enters the bowl through a central pipe and is distributed between disc gaps. Under 10,000G+ centrifugal force, the three phases separate by density: clean oil exits the centripetal pump at the top light-phase outlet, water is discharged through the heavy-phase port, and solids accumulate on the bowl wall. The self-cleaning mechanism periodically opens the bowl discharge ports via hydraulic pressure, ejecting accumulated sludge without stopping the machine.
