Our milk cream separator is primarily used in the dairy processing industry to continuously separate cream and defatted milk from pure milk while removing impurities and sediments. It also enables milk standardization based on fat content and can separate extremely small solid particles (less than 1mm) dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase.

The disc separator is specially designed for two-phase and three-phase separation. Two-phase separation involves separating suspended solids from liquids or separating two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.

Clarification refers to two-phase separation where materials are fed into the machine's bowl. Under strong centrifugal force, impurities are removed from raw materials to produce clean milk.
