This equipment is an efficient, energy-saving solid-liquid separation system of enclosed operation type, widely employed in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, foodstuff, and pharmaceutical.

This product features novel design with the main filter body consisting of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, and automatic dreg discharging device. During filtration, the filter aid is mixed with material in the mixing cylinder then transmitted by pump onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. Once a stable filter cake is established, the minute filter aid particles provide countless micro passages that entrap suspended impurities while allowing clear liquid to pass through.

The actual filtration occurs through the cake layer. When the filter cake over the screen surface reaches a certain thickness or filtration pressure reaches 0.4 MPa, feeding stops, and compressed air or steam is employed to dry the cake. The filter screen is then pulled out, and the vibration dreg discharging device is activated to unload dregs through weight and vibration. For sticky filter cake, manual assistance may be required for complete cleaning.
