Industrial Scale Decanter Centrifuge Surimi Continuous Sludge Dewatering Centrifuge

This decanter centrifuge is designed for separating liquid and solid phases from suspension materials. It effectively processes materials where solid phase weight concentration is ≤ 10% (or volume concentration ≤ 50% after 24 hours settlement), with solid particle equivalent diameter ≥ 0.005-2 mm and liquid-solid density difference ≥ 0.05 g/cm³.

Applications include calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polyvinyl chloride, lees, bean dregs, soy protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil, palm oil, kaolin, white mud, and environmental protection industry sludge. It is suitable for various chemical products requiring centrifugal separation.

Material (crude palm oil) enters the centrifuge through the center feeding pipe. Under centrifugal force and material pressure, it distributes to the drum via the distributor. Dense solid phase deposits on the drum wall and is transported to the cone section by the auger, then discharged to the solid collector box. Meanwhile, the lighter liquid phase (processed palm oil) flows through the outlet overflow into the liquid aggregate box.
