11 filter leaves provide 12 sqm filtration area. Constructed with heavy box channel 1.8mm 316L material, reinforcement topside with vibrator fork per leaf (SS 316), and bottom outlet nozzle with O-ring seal (SS 316 nozzle with Viton rubber O-ring).
Butterfly Valve System (NYB-12 Example)
DN 400 butterfly valve (wafer type) for dry cake discharge at filter bottom. Features high-quality construction with NH-S seat material (up to 150°C) and pneumatic actuator (double acting type with 5.5 Bar air supply).
