Product Description
This innovative filter features a novel design with a main body consisting of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, and automatic dreg discharging mechanism. During operation, filter aid is mixed with material in the mixing cylinder and pumped onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. Once a stable filter cake is established, the minute filter aid particles create countless micro passages that entrap suspended impurities while allowing clear liquid to pass through, achieving true filtration through the cake layer.
When the filter cake reaches optimal thickness, feeding stops and compressed air or steam is used to dry the cake and clean the filter screen. The vibration dreg discharging mechanism is then activated, allowing dregs to unload through gravity and vibration. For sticky filter cakes, manual assistance may be provided for complete dreg removal.
