Separator Application

Milk cream separators are primarily used in the dairy processing industry to continuously separate cream and skim milk from whole milk while removing impurities and sediments. They also enable milk standardization based on fat content.
Juneng separators can separate extremely small solid particles (as small as 1mm) dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase.

Two-Phase Separation for Dairy Clarification
Clarification involves two-phase separation. Materials are fed into the machine's bowl chamber where, under strong centrifugal force, impurities are removed from raw materials to produce clean milk.
Three-Phase Separation for Dairy Skimming
Disc separators are specially designed for two-phase and three-phase separation. Two-phase separation separates suspended solids from liquids or separates two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.
