Automatic milk cream production disc type centrifuge separator designed for efficient dairy processing. Juneng centrifugal separators feature special centripetal pump and inlet/outlet port designs that create a gentle separation environment, preserving active ingredients and maintaining nutritional value, freshness, and original flavor.
Primary Applications
Mainly used in milk processing industry for continuously separating cream and defatted milk from pure milk while removing impurities and sediments. Also enables milk standardization according to fat content and separates extremely tiny solid particles (less than 1mm) dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase.

Working Principle - Dairy Skimming
The disc separator is specially designed for two-phase and three-phase separation. Two-phase separation separates suspended solids from liquid or separates two immiscible liquids with different specific gravity. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.
