Specifications
The separator consists of base, cantilever, hydraulic oil cylinder, motor ram, main axis suspension device, drum, upper volute, and lower volute components.
The base serves as the machine's frame structure, connecting the axis and pedestal. The lower shell and lifting oil cylinder cover are directly fixed to the base.
The suspension branch installs the motor ram and axis cantilever, with the upper volute suspended on three sleeves. Connected to the vertical axis via an ascending oil cylinder, the suspension branch can be raised by the hydraulic pump station and rotated around the oil cylinder's axes.
The drum assembly includes drum axis, disk rack, drum body, drum cover, seal ring, disk, refluence pipe, diffluence pipe, and nozzle, connected to the main axis through a large nut.
The axis suspension facility contains bearings and other components, with a triangle strap on the upper side. Motor ram features rolling wheels for guide rail movement, and a spring tensioner regulates triangle adhesive tape tension.
