DISC STACK NOZZLE SEPARATORS for STARCH RICE
DPF445 Disc Separator
Main equipment used in the small starch process industry. DPF445 disc separator features upper belt transmission structure and adopts upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, using nozzle discharge.
The separated material is input into the heart of the separator (the drum). By the strong centrifugal force field, the material (hybrid liquid) passes through the separation partition consisting of disk string. Using the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface, the liquid with higher specific gravity (heavy phase) moves outward from the neutral holes along the disk wall, and the heavy residue accumulates at the residue-settling area, while the soap residue flows toward the big centripetal pump.
The liquid with lower specific gravity (light phase) moves inward and upward along the disk wall, then assembles at the small centripetal pump. The heavy and light phases are output separately by small and big centripetal pumps. Maximum pressure must be less than 0.3MPa.
The separator requires little maintenance and has a long service life.

  • Great load capacity of strap with long lifespan; easy strap replacement without disassembling vertical shaft; spring tensioning ensures stable stress, no skidding
