Aging Oil Treatment Decanter Centrifuge
The three-phase separation decanter centrifuge provides fully enclosed, fully automatic continuous processing for aging oil treatment. This proven solution has been successfully implemented in major oilfields including Daqing Oilfield and Liaohe Oilfield.
Aging oil from storage tanks exhibits high viscosity due to extended deposition periods, requiring heating and demulsifier addition to reduce viscosity. The aged oil enters the three-phase decanter centrifuge via pump, where high-speed rotation generates substantial centrifugal force. Under this force, high-density solids (sludge) settle on the drum wall while two liquid phases form concentric cylinders - lighter oil in the inner layer and heavier water in the outer layer.
Liquid ring thickness is adjustable via the liquid adjusting plate. Sludge deposited on the drum wall is conveyed by screw conveyor to the cone end and discharged through the outlet port, then transported via conveyor belt or trolley. Separated oil flows to storage tanks through discharge pipelines, while separated water is discharged through drainage pipelines.
