The ZX Series is suitable for soybean oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, peanut oil, and other vegetable oils. It handles both crude oil bleaching and refined oil polishing applications, with particular strength in dewaxing and winterization processes.
Yes. All wetted parts are constructed from food-grade 304/316L stainless steel with FDA-compliant seals. The fully enclosed design prevents any external contamination during the filtration process.
After filtration, the integrated cake washing system displaces residual oil from the cake using a small volume of clean oil or solvent. The cake is then dried with heated nitrogen or compressed air. This process recovers 3-8% additional oil that would otherwise be lost with the spent bleaching earth or wax cake, directly improving refinery yield and profitability.
Depending on the oil type, solid content, and filter area, a typical cycle ranges from 2-8 hours. The fully automatic PLC control allows 24/7 unmanned operation across multiple cycles.
