Durable Automatic Crude Palm Oil Purifier Processing Centrifuge
This industrial centrifuge is designed for separating liquid and solid components from suspension materials. It effectively processes materials where solid phase weight thickness ≤ 10% (or volume concentration ≤ 50% after 24-hour settlement), with solid-phase particle equivalent diameter ≥ 0.005-2 mm and liquid-solid density difference ≥ 0.05 g/cm³.

Operating Principle
Crude palm oil enters through the center feeding pipe (axial feed) into the centrifuge. Under centrifugal force and material pressure, it distributes to the drum via the distributor. Dense solid phases deposit on the drum wall and are transported by the auger to the drum cone, then discharged into the solid collector box. Meanwhile, the lighter liquid phase (processed palm oil) flows freely to the outlet, overflowing into the liquid aggregate box.
