Drum Component
The drum component undergoes precision dynamic balancing with each part having fixed positions. Every component carries an ex-factory number, and interchanging parts between drums is strictly prohibited to maintain dynamic balance and prevent equipment damage from increased vibration.
Drive Shaft System
Motor-driven by frequency converter to power the vertical shaft that drives the drum. The frequency converter ensures steady starting with even acceleration, preventing motor and gear overload. The vertical shaft utilizes elastic bearing structure to minimize wear and reduce drum vibration impact on the entire separator.
