Product Description
The disc stack separator is engineered for efficient two-phase and three-phase separation processes. Two-phase separation involves separating suspended solids from liquids or separating two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and solid particles. This equipment is successfully applied across multiple industries including dairy clarification, milk and cream separation, syrup processing (orange juice, apple juice, etc.), mandarin oil extraction, vegetable juice, tea drinks, coffee, beer, and various beverage industries.
