This disc stack milk fat separator is specifically designed for the dairy processing industry, continuously separating cream and defatted milk from pure milk while removing impurities and sediments. It also enables milk standardization according to fat content requirements.

The disc separator is specially designed for two-phase and three-phase separation. Two-phase separation involves separating suspended solids from liquid or separating two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.

Clarification involves two-phase separation. Materials are fed into the machine's bowl interior, where strong centrifugal force removes impurities from raw materials to produce clean milk.
