This industrial coconut oil filter machine features an innovative design with a filtration system comprising a filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, and automatic dreg discharging mechanism. The filtration process involves mixing filter aid with material in the mixing cylinder, then pumping it onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer.

Once a stable filter cake is established, the minute filter aid particles create countless micro passages that trap suspended impurities while allowing clear liquid to pass through. The primary filtration occurs through this cake layer. When the filter cake reaches optimal thickness, feeding stops and compressed air or steam is used to dry the cake before the vibration dreg discharging device removes the residue.
