Juneng dairy separator features large capacity, excellent deoiling performance, high efficiency, and lower energy consumption. The advanced inlet and outlet design ensures gentle treatment throughout the separation process, preventing destructive air from entering and maintaining product quality.

Milk products exhibit wide diversity, with even basic market milk containing varying fat contents. The separator processes numerous dairy products including butter, cheese, quark, yogurt, and more.

The drum is the high-speed rotating component that separates materials and serves as the heart of the separator. It receives power through precise taper fitting with the vertical shaft. Each drum part is numbered before shipping and should not be interchanged. Disk sets are assembled sequentially on the distributor, with disks and drum cover secured to the drum body by disk glands. All phase marks must be aligned to maintain balance. Never start the separator if balance is compromised to prevent operator injury.

The vertical shaft transmits power and is equipped with speed step-up gear (small helical gear) and high-speed rotating components. Both axial and radial directions are supported by elastic bearings. By adjusting the vertical shaft height, the drum, centripetal pump, and water-inlet housing achieve optimal operation position.

Packaging Details: Standard packaging uses wooden boxes (Size: L*W*H). For European exports, wooden boxes are fumigated. If container space is tight, we use PE film packaging or accommodate special customer requests.
