High-performance decanter centrifuge designed for efficient separation of liquid and solid phases in industrial applications.

Palm Oil Centrifuge Applications

This decanter centrifuge is engineered for separating liquid and solid phases from suspension materials with the following specifications:

Solid phase weight thickness ≤ 10% (or volume concentration ≤ 50% after 24-hour settlement)

Solid-phase particle equivalent diameter: 0.005 - 2 mm

Liquid-solid density difference ≥ 0.05 g/cm³

Ideal for processing materials including calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, PVC, lees, bean dregs, soy protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil, palm oil, kaolin, white mud, environmental protection sludge, and various chemical products requiring centrifugal separation.

Operation Process: Crude palm oil enters through the center feeding pipe (axial feed) into the centrifuge. Under centrifugal force and material pressure, it distributes to the drum through the distributor.

Solid Phase: Dense solid particles deposit on the drum wall and are transported to the drum cone by the auger, then discharged into the solid collector box.

Liquid Phase: The lighter liquid phase (processed palm oil) flows freely and overflows through the outlet into the liquid aggregate box.
