Filter Leaf Construction (NYB-12 Example)
To achieve 12 sqm filtration area, the filter utilizes 11 filter leaves constructed with heavy box channel 1.8 mm 316L material. Each leaf features top-side reinforcement with vibrator forks made from SS 316, and bottom outlet nozzles with Viton rubber O-ring seals.
Butterfly Valve System (NYB-12 Example)
The filter bottom incorporates a DN 400 wafer-type butterfly valve for dry cake discharge. This high-quality valve features NH-S seat material (rated up to 150°C) and includes a double-acting pneumatic actuator with 5.5 Bar air supply.
