Stainless Steel 304 Decanter Centrifuge for Automatic Continuous Liquid Liquid Solid Separation

This centrifuge is designed for separating liquid and solid phases from suspension materials where the weight thickness of solid phase ≤ 10% (or volume concentration ≤ 50% after 24 hours settlement), equivalent diameter of solid-phase particles ≥ 0.005 ~ 2 mm, and liquid-solid density difference ≥ 0.05 g/cm³.

Ideal applications include calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polyvinyl chloride, lees, bean dregs, soy protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil, palm oil, kaolin, white mud, sludge from environmental protection industries, and various chemical products requiring settlement centrifugal separation.

Crude palm oil enters the centrifuge through the center feeding pipe (axial feed). Under centrifugal force and material pressure, it distributes to the drum via the distributor. Dense solid phases deposit on the drum wall and are transported by the auger to the drum cone, then discharged to the solid collector box. Meanwhile, lighter liquid phases (processed palm oil) flow through the outlet into the liquid aggregate box due to their fluidity.
