The NYB high efficiency plate hermetic filter is a high-efficient, energy-saving and hermetically operated fine filtration equipment. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, painting, foodstuff, pharmaceutical and many other industries.
Product Application
The filter is composed of shell, filtration plate, cover, and automatic dump device. The filtration plate is made of multiple layers of stainless steel filtration materials and installed on the central liquid collection pipe, allowing for convenient dismantling and cleaning.

- Leaves surrounded by heavy box channel made from 1.8 mm 316L material
- Topside of leaf with reinforcement and one vibrator fork per leaf (SS 316 material)
- Leaf bottom with outlet nozzle featuring "O" ring seal (SS 316 nozzle with Viton rubber "O" ring)

- First quality butterfly valve with NH-S seat material (up to 150°C high temperature)
- Valve complete with pneumatic actuator double acting type with 5.5 Bar air supply
