DPF445 Disc Separator
The DPF445 disc separator is the main equipment used in small-scale starch processing industries. This unit features an upper belt transmission structure with an upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, utilizing nozzle discharge for efficient operation.
Material separation occurs within the drum where centrifugal force separates hybrid liquid through disk string partitions. Heavy phase liquid moves outward while light phase liquid moves inward, with both phases output separately through centripetal pumps. Maximum operating pressure must be less than 0.3MPa.
This separator requires minimal maintenance and offers extended service life for reliable industrial operation.
