Once a stable filter cake is established, the minute filter aid particles create countless micro passages that trap suspended impurities while allowing clear liquid to pass through. The actual filtration occurs through this cake layer. When the filter cake reaches a specific thickness, feeding stops, and compressed air or steam is used to dry the cake. The vibration dreg discharging device is then activated to unload dregs through weight and vibration. For sticky filter cakes, manual assistance may be required for complete cleaning.
